CSR: Call Center Agents at the front line

A PLDT call center agent answering a call from a PLDT MyDSL client regarding service interruption. The agent is probably new to the job or she’s missed pressing the mute button……poor girl.

This is from Citibank Philippines CSR taking a call from a Filipina caller in the US. I have no idea if this is real or staged. According to stories, this happened after midnight and there are only two CSR on duty so the the possibility of the guy taking the same calls 3 times is 50%.

Is it real or fake?
