With the advent of a new administration and new Philippines, many of us have wondered how we can help and do our part.
My brother, Vincent Lazatin (executive director of an NGO called TAN - or Transparency and Accountability Network will be in Singapore, to talk to us about exactly what role we can play in taking ownership of our country and making things work this time around. There are many things we can do - even from Singapore.
